Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1 pt. milk
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3 Tbsp. cocoa
9-inch pie shell
1 c. whipped cream
1 c. toasted coconut
Preparation

Mix cocoa, sugar, flour and salt in heavy saucepan.
Add milk slowly.
Stir and cook over medium heat until mixture comes to a boiling point.
Add to well beaten egg yolks; continue cooking to desired thickness for pie.
Add vanilla and butter.
Pour into cooked pie shell.
Spread the whipped cream on top.
Sprinkle with toasted coconut.
