Buffalo Drumsticks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. Dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. light vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1 tsp. paprika
8 chicken drumsticks, sliced at 1/2-inch intervals
Preparation

Combine garlic, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, oil, pepper sauce and paprika in a small bowl and mix well.
Dip each drumstick in mixture, coating well and arrange in a single layer in a shallow glass dish.
Pour any extra sauce over the top. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate overnight.
Let chicken return to room temperature before cooking.
