Cat-Head Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 Tbsp. white vinegar plus milk to make 1 c.
    2 1/2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Combine
    dry
    ingredients
    in
    a
    medium bowl; add milk mixture
    and
    oil.
    Stir
    until
    moistened.
    Add a little more flour and turn dough over in bowl.
    Pour some oil in an 8-inch round baking pan.
    Oil hands and spoon a large amount of dough in hands
    and
    form
    a ball.
    Place in pan and pat with oiled hands. Make
    5 biscuits.
    Place in preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
