Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. self-rising corn meal
1 c. cream-style corn
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1 chopped onion
1/4 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. soda
1/3 c. chopped jalapeno peppers
1 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Mix all ingredients using half of the cheese in the batter. Pour into a large, greased skillet.
Sprinkle with other half of cheese.
Bake at 375\u00b0 until golden brown.
