Pork Barbecue - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (4 to 6 lb.) Pork Roast
1 qt. Canned Tomatoes
1/2 c. Vinegar
2 1/2 oz. Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tbsp. Sugar
2 tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Black Pepper
1/2 tsp. Red Pepper
1 small finely chopped Onion
Preparation

Trim fat off meat. Mix other ingredients in bottom of a large crockpot; add meat. Cook on high for 4 hr., then reduce to low and continue to cook for 4-5 hrs. more. Take meat out and shred. Return meat to crockpot (leave other ingredients in crockpot meat will absorb juices after being shredded) and keep warm until serving time. If there is too much liquid on the meat discard some. May be frozen. May also be made with venison instead of pork.
