Ann'S Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/4 c. plain bread crumbs
    1/4 c. grated cheese (Parmesan or Romano)
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except olive oil; mix well (use hands).
    Roll into golf ball size balls.
    Saute in olive oil until lightly browned.
    Add to sauce.
