Raisin Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 c. sugar
    1 qt. buttermilk
    1 c. melted margarine
    1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran
    5 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together; do not use mixer.
    Let stand in refrigerator 2 days.
    Stir again.
    Bake in muffin tins at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 25 minutes.
    This batter is good for 6 weeks.
    Makes 6 dozen muffins.
