Tuna Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 or 6 slices bread (white)
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (6 1/2 oz.) can white meat tuna, well drained
    1 egg, separated
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients except the egg white.
    Put into loaf pan.
    Beat egg white until fluffy.
    Cover the tuna loaf with egg white.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for about 1/2 hour.
