Grace'S Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 sticks margarine
    3 c. plain flour
    2 1/4 c. white sugar
    8 eggs
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 lb. candied pineapple
    1 lb. candied cherries
    1/4 lb. orange peel
    1/4 lb. lemon peel
    1 lb. pecans
    1 lb. white raisins
    1/4 lb. almonds
    1/4 c. rum
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Line angel food cake pan with waxed paper.
    Pour batter into pan. Put 1/2 gallon water in pressure cooker and cook at 12 pounds pressure for 1 1/2 hours. Bake in a 225\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes.
    Store in a cool place for at least 2 weeks.
