Nutty Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 slices pineapple with syrup
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 c. biscuit mix
3/4 c. milk
1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Arrange pineapple slices in 10-inch skillet with cover.
Pour in syrup from fruit and heat.
Combine biscuit mix, milk, nuts and 1 tablespoon of sugar.
Mix well with a fork.
Spoon on pineapple slices and cook on low heat about 10 minutes.
Sprinkle brown sugar over the top and cook another 10 minutes.
