Cheese Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    5 whole jalapeno peppers
    green onions
    garlic salt
Preparation
    Let cheese soften.
    Roll out Velveeta on wax paper to thin layer.
    Spread cream cheese on Velveeta.
    Chop pepper into small pieces.
    Sprinkle on cream cheese.
    Mince green onions and sprinkle over peppers.
    Last, sprinkle garlic salt over entire mixture. Starting at one end, roll up jelly roll style.
    Wrap in waxed paper and refrigerate overnight.
    Slice to serve.
