Tuna Ball(Roll) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. parsley flakes
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1 can tuna (large can), drained
    1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce (optional)
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Blend 2 tablespoons of parsley with remaining ingredients. Mix well.
    Place in refrigerator until very cold.
    Turn out onto waxed paper.
    Shape into ball or 2 rolls.
    Roll in remaining parsley.
    This freezes well so can be made ahead of time.
