Sausage Jambalaya(Club Member: Nicholas) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 lb. smoked sausage
    2 chopped onions
    1 garlic
    1/4 c. bell pepper
    1/2 c. green onions
    salt
    pepper
    red pepper
    1 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
    1 1/2 c. rice
    2 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Place 2 tablespoons oil in saucepan. Add sausage and brown. Add onions and garlic. Cook until tender. Add water, red pepper, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Add rice and bell pepper. When rice starts to swell, turn gently. Cover pot and cook on low heat until rice is tender, 15 or 20 minutes.
