French Onion Beef Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. beef, cut into 1-inch cubes
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. frozen hash browns
2 medium onions, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
3 carrots, sliced
1/2 c. tomato juice
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. basil
Preparation

Dust beef with flour; place in dish.
Add potatoes, onions, celery and carrots.
Combine tomato juice, sugar, sauce, salt, pepper and basil.
Pour over beef and vegetables.
Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
