Steak And Ale Sauteed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fresh mushrooms
1 stick oleo
1 large onion, diced
1/2 c. cooking wine
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
salt, pepper, basil and garlic powder to taste
Preparation

Wash and trim mushrooms; dice.
Boil in water to cover, 5 minutes.
Drain.
Melt oleo in pot and saute onions.
Add mushrooms, beef bouillon cubes, cornstarch and seasonings.
Mix until dissolved.
Add wine and Worcestershire and simmer until mushrooms are tender (20 to 30 minutes).
