Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium pork chops
    celery
    bell pepper
    onion
    tomato juice
Preparation
    Season pork chops to taste.
    Roll in flour, then brown on back side.
    Cut up vegetables and set aside until you have browned the pork chops.
    Saute vegetables in same skillet with the oil you cooked the chops in.
    Place the chops in casserole pan.
    After the vegetables are done, pour the tomato juice in with the vegetables. Take that and pour over the chops.
    Simmer about 15 minutes in oven at 350\u00b0.
    Serve with rice and tossed salad or mashed potatoes.
