Potato Broccoli Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
4 Tbsp. melted margarine
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears, thawed
pimento cheese sauce
Preparation

Place potatoes in a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Combine margarine, salt, paprika and pepper.
Brush the margarine mixture onto the potatoes.
Bake uncovered at 425\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Arrange broccoli over the potatoes and pour the pimento cheese sauce over the vegetables.
Cover and bake 10 minutes or until broccoli is tender.
