Hot Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. flour
    1 yeast cake
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 c. milk, scalded
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water.
    Scald milk; add butter and cool, slightly.
    Add eggs and sugar.
    When warm, add yeast to milk and mix with salt and flour.
    Let rise good.
    Roll out and cut round; brush with butter.
    Double over and place in buttered pan. Let raise and bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
