Creamy Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen broccoli or 1 head fresh broccoli
    1 stalk celery
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 tsp. salt
    dash of nutmeg
    1/2 c. whipping cream
    1/2 c. onion
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. instant chicken bouillon
Preparation
    Cook broccoli, celery and onion in 2 cups water until done. Heat butter in 3-quart saucepan.
    Add flour; heat until bubbly. Add 2 1/2 cups water; boil one minute.
    Stir in (blended) veggies. Add bouillon, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
    Heat to boiling and add whipping cream.
    Do not boil cream.
