Chili-Mac Supreme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1 large onion
2 c. macaroni
2 cans dark red kidney beans
1 can tomato juice
2 Tbsp. chili powder
2 tsp. salt
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Brown ground beef in skillet.
Boil macaroni until tender. Add chopped onion to ground beef just before it is done browning. In a large kettle over low heat, combine tomato juice, chili powder and salt.
Allow to start simmering.
Once it is simmering, add ground beef with onion and kidney beans.
Cook over very low heat for 1 hour.
Top with shredded cheese and serve.
