Turkey With Wild Rice(For Leftover Turkey) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. wild rice
    4 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. (1/4 lb.) butter or oleo
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1/4 c. flour
    1 3/4 c. turkey stock
    1/2 c. cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 to 3 c. cooked cubed turkey
Preparation
    Wash wild rice thoroughly.
    Drop into boiling water; add 1 teaspoon salt.
    Cook 25 to 40 minutes.
    Drain and rinse.
    Heat 1/2 of the butter with onions and mushrooms until soft.
    Use remaining half for the white sauce.
