Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    2 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. diced unpeeled tart apples
    1 c. pecans, chopped fine
Preparation
    Blend together sugar, eggs and oil.
    Add dry ingredients. Fold in apples and nuts.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes for layers or put in tube pan for 1 hour at 325\u00b0 or until done when tested with toothpick.
