Oatmeal-Coconut Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. granulated sugar
3/4 c. old fashioned or quick oats
3/4 c. light or dark corn syrup
1/2 c. sweetened flaked coconut
1 stick butter or margarine, melted
2 large eggs
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell, thawed
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Stir all filling ingredients in a large bowl until well blended.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, until top and crust are golden and a pick inserted in center comes out clean but oily (filling may still jiggle in center).
Serves 8.
