Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    2 medium onions, chopped
    2 to 3 Tbsp. butter
    8 chicken bouillon cubes
    6 c. water
    6 oz. medium noodles
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    pepper to taste
    6 c. milk
    1 lb. American cheese, grated
Preparation
    Cook broccoli according to package directions.
    Set aside. Saute onions in butter.
    Add noodles and cook uncovered 3 minutes. Stir in broccoli (including liquid) and pepper.
    Cook 3 more minutes.
    Add milk and cheese and stir until cheese melts.
