Pumpkin Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked pumpkin, drained
2 qt. milk
6 tsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. butter
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Saute
pumpkin and sugar in butter over medium heat for 15 minutes.
Add
milk,
salt\tand
pepper.
Bring to a boil. Serve with toast on crackers.
Yields 6 servings.
