Steak And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

round or sirloin steak
1 stick butter
1 c. stewed tomatoes
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. parsley
1 c. mushrooms
black pepper
2 1/2 c. water
1 large green pepper
1 large onion
2 beef bouillon cubes
Preparation

Cut steak in 1-inch cubes; brown in butter.
Add tomatoes, soy sauce, parsley, mushrooms, black pepper, water and bouillon cubes. Cook until steak is tender and broth is thickened.
Then add green pepper and onion.
Simmer 3 to 5 minutes.
Serve over rice.
