Breaded Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    3/4 c. fine bread crumbs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. boiling water
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Add salt and pepper to bread crumbs.
    Beat eggs; add milk. Dip pork chops in liquid; roll in crumbs.
    Put 3 tablespoons margarine in skillet; brown pork chops.
    Place chops into a baking pan or dish; add boiling water.
    Cover; bake at 400\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Take the cover off about the last 10 minutes.
