Pepper Steak(Makes 6 To 8 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 tsp. minced garlic
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 medium onions, cut into thin wedges
    2 small green sweet peppers, sliced
    1 1/2 lb. beef round steak, thinly sliced
    1 1/2 c. beef broth
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    3 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges (about 2 c.)
    1 c. snow pea pods
    hot cooked rice, spaetzle noodles or other pasta
Preparation
    In a large skillet or wok, stir-fry the garlic in 1 tablespoon of the butter or margarine for 1 minute.
    Add the onions and green sweet peppers; stir-fry for 4 to 5 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
    Transfer the vegetables with a slotted spoon to a bowl.
