Crispy Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 broiler-fryer chickens, cut in serving size pieces
    2 tsp. Accent
    2/3 c. buttermilk
    1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper (white)
    1/2 tsp. paprika oil
Preparation
    Wash and dry chicken.
    Sprinkle in Accent and let stand 15 minutes.
    Pour milk into bowl.
    Combine flour, salt, paprika and pepper.
    Dip chicken pieces in milk; roll in flour mixture.
    Pour oil in skillet to a depth of 1/2-inch.
    Heat until a drop of water sizzles in oil.
    Fry chicken, uncovered, for 15 to 20 minutes on each side, turning only once.
    Drain well on absorbent paper.
