Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak, tenderized
    2 Tbsp. oil
    water
    2 medium green peppers, cut in strips
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
Preparation
    Cut steak in small strips and brown in oil, turning often. Stir in onion soup mix and 2 cups water.
    Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
    Stir in peppers; cover and simmer 10 minutes.
    Blend cornstarch with 1/2 cup water.
    Stir into meat mixture.
    Cook until thickened.
    Serve with cooked rice or mashed potatoes.
