Taos Inn Corn Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 potatoes (2 1/2 lb.)
    2 sweet potatoes (1 lb.)
    1 Tbsp. oil
    3 medium onions, chopped
    1/4 c. minced garlic
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped chili
    1 red bell pepper, chopped
    1 green bell pepper, chopped
    1 1/2 c. corn kernels
    1 Tbsp. dried oregano
    1/2 Tbsp. basil
    1 Tbsp. ground cumin
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    1/2 c. chopped fresh coriander
Preparation
    Cut potatoes in 1/2-inch dice.
    Cover them with water by about 1-inch in large saucepan.
    Simmer until tender.
