Sausage Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. ground pork
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. rubbed sage
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. savory
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and mix well.
    Shape to form about 3 1/2-inch rounds and 3/8-inch thick.
    Pan-fry over medium heat for about 5 minutes per side.
