Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs, beaten
    3 1/3 c. milk
    1 1/4 c. cooked rice
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except nutmeg in a large bowl.
    Mix well.
    Place in greased casserole.
    Sprinkle nutmeg on top.
    Set casserole in a pan of water.
    Bake 90 minutes.
    Serves 8.
