James' Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can whole corn
    2 c. cornmeal (self-rising)
    1 1/4 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 c. bell pepper, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 c. green onion, chopped
    2 to 3 hot peppers, chopped
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. celery, chopped
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add corn, cornmeal, oil, soda, salt and milk.
    Fold in onion, pepper, celery, black pepper and chili powder.
    Pour in a 9-inch greased pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
