Lemon Cheese Bars(Cheesecake Cookies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix
1 (8 oz.) pkg. soft cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 eggs
1/3 c. oil

Preparation

Mix cake mix, 1 egg and oil until crumbly.
Reserve one cup of cake mixture and pat the rest into a 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Beat cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and 1 egg and spread over crust.
Sprinkle top with reserved crumbs.
Bake 15 minutes more.
Cool completely and cut into bars.
