Ham And Cheese Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. milk
3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 egg
1 1/2 c. Bisquick
3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped fully cooked ham
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
1/3 c. chopped onion
garlic salt (as desired)
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Grease and flour 12 medium muffin cups. Beat milk, oil and egg slightly in a large bowl.
Stir in remaining ingredients with fork until moistened.
Divide batter among cups. Bake until golden brown, 15 to 20 minutes.
Serve warm.
