Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 stick margarine
    2 c. grated sharp cheese
    2 c. sour cream
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    bread crumbs for top (Pepperidge Farm)
Preparation
    Cook potatoes the night before.
    Next day, grated potatoes and mix with onions.
    Set aside.
    Melt margarine and cheese in a pan. In a small bowl, mix sour cream and milk.
    Add this to cheese mixture, then add to potatoes in a casserole.
    Top with crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
