Sour Cream Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cups sugar
1/2 cup sour cream
1/3 cup corn syrup
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp vanilla
2 Tbsp. butter
1 cup chopped walnuts
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except vanilla and nuts. Bring to a boil slowly, stirring until sugar dissolves. Boil without stirring over medium heat until soft ball and let stand 15 minutes. Do not stir. Add vanilla; beat until candy starts to loose its gloss. Stir in nuts and pour into buttered 9x9 inch pan.
