Crabmeat Imperial - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 oz. butter
3/4 c. chopped onions
1 lb. crabmeat
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. Italian bread crumbs
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. thyme
1 oz. Worcestershire sauce
2 large eggs
salt and pepper
Preparation
-
Saute butter and onions.
Cool.
Add all ingredients together, trying not to break up crabmeat lumps.
Place in casserole and bake for 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serves 4.
