Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. shredded hash browns, defrosted
    1 c. cream of celery soup (can use cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken soup)
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/3 c. melted butter or oleo
    1 tsp. salt and pepper
    10 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 c. corn flakes
    garlic to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients; bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Brown top.
