Energy Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. old-fashioned oats
1 c. raisins or dried cranberries
1 c. unsalted peanuts
1/2 c. unsalted sunflower seeds
2 1/2 c. Rice Krispies
2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. chunky peanut butter
1 (10 oz.) pkg. marshmallows
Preparation

Toast oats for 15 minutes at 250\u00b0. Add peanuts, raisins and sunflower seeds. Cool. Mix in Rice Krispies. Melt butter, peanut butter and marshmallows. Add dry mixture
and mix together. Press into buttered pan. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. To serve, cut into desired size or cut and wrap to store.
