Swiss Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. catsup
3 c. tomato juice
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped celery, cooked
1/4 c. green pepper
1/2 c. onion
??? Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
round steak
Preparation

Combine all ingredients; salt to taste.
Cook slowly and boil down some.
Cut round steak into pieces and brown in skillet. Place browned steak in the sauce and simmer until steak is tender, about 1 hour.
