Shrimp Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    salt and pepper
    red pepper to taste
    juice of 1 lemon
    9 oz. shrimp, chopped
Preparation
    Blend sour cream and cream cheese until smooth.
    Fold in celery and onion. Add salt, pepper and lemon
    juice. Add chopped shrimp.
    Mix thoroughly and refrigerate several hours before serving. May be served with Fritos, Doritos or crackers.
    May be prepared 2 days in advance.
    Makes 1 quart.
