Beulah Mclellan'S Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked sweet potatoes
    1/4 c. butter
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/4 c. pineapple juice
    3 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 unbaked (9-inch) pie shell
Preparation
    Cream the potatoes until smooth.
    Combine with next 8 ingredients and place in unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Turn heat to 350\u00b0 and bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
