Very Special Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 pork chops
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1/3 c. chopped celery
    1/3 c. chopped green pepper
    1 can tomato soup
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Brown chops in fat in heavy skillet; pour off drippings.
    Add remaining ingredients and cover.
    Cook over low heat about 1 hour or until chops are tender and sauce has thickened.
