Freida'S Fried Chicken Fingers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 c. flour
    1 egg
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. yellow mustard
    1 Tbsp. ketchup
    corn oil
Preparation
    Heat oil in large skillet.
    Cut chicken into bite size strips. Combine egg, salt, pepper, mustard and ketchup in bowl.
    Stir.
    Dip cut up chicken in mixture and coat with flour.
    Place in hot oil; fry until done, approximately 5 minutes.
    Serve with ketchup or barbecue sauce for dipping.
