Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. yeast
1/2 c. warm water
1 egg
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. shortening
2 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. hot water
Preparation

Mix yeast with warm water; let sit. Mix egg, sugar, shortening, flour and hot water. Add yeast mixture.
Add flour; work dough.
Brush top with oil; cover with cloth. Let rise until double in size. After dough rises, may refrigerate until ready to use.
