Ingredients

1 (1/4 lb.) bag Oreo cookies, finely crushed
1 c. confectioners sugar
1/4 c. margarine, softened
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3 1/2 c. milk
1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip

Preparation

Crumb Mixture:
Crush cookies in a food processor or very fine by hand.
Set aside.
