Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash browns
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. melted margarine
1 c. French fried onions (rings)
Preparation

Mix sour cream and soup, then pour over hash browns (loose, not frozen together), chopped onions and cheese.
Toss together, then put in buttered 9 x 13-inch pan or oven dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
During last 7 to 10 minutes of baking, garnish with onion rings.
