Canadian Treat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    3 tsp. sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    1 c. sugar
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 tub Cool Whip
    2 c. milk
    1 small box chocolate instant pudding mix
    1 small box vanilla instant pudding mix
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients.
    Bake in a 9 x 13 inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Cool.
    Combine sugar, cream cheese and Cool Whip. Add to cooled base.
    Beat the milk and pudding mixes.
    Let stand until thick, then spread over top of the base.
    Add the other 1/2 of the Cool Whip and chill until ready to serve.
